This four-week program equips small business owners with the skills and confidence to thrive online. From website management to SEO and social media strategies, it provides the tools needed to build a powerful digital presence and drive meaningful growth.

  • Apply fundamental SEO strategies to boost your visibility and draw in more customers.
  • Develop a social media strategy that aligns with your business goals an engages your audience.
  • Discover valuable resources to optimize your digital presence and streamline your marketing efforts.
  • Strengthen your digital know-how to expand your reach and succeed in today’s online marketplace.

Who is Eligible?

  • Resident of Waterloo Region and 18 years or older
  • Individuals must already be operating a small business (<1 yr) that is located in the Waterloo Region.
  • No tech expertise is required but applicants should be ready to learn and engage with digital tools.
  • Must attend all weekly sessions and participate in class exercises throughout the 4-week program.
  • Prepared to commit an average of 5-7 hours weekly to apply program insights to their business.
  • Access to a laptop or tablet is preferred but not required.

When: Weekly, starting from Thursday, October 2nd
Time: session 1, 4:00 to 7:00, and the other 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
Where: 2 King Street W., Kitchener
