The Waterloo Region Small Business Centre is a collaboration between the municipalities of Kitchener, Cambridge and Waterloo, funded in part by the Provincial Government; Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade.

We are one of 54 Small Business Centres in Ontario that provide business support for individuals and entrepreneurs alike.

Whether you have an idea, are looking to start your own business or want to grow your existing business, the Waterloo Region Small Business Centre can help. The Waterloo Region Small Business team is passionate about supporting small businesses. Our advisors provide one-on-one consultations, inspiring people to start and grow sustainable businesses, here in Waterloo Region.

Meetings can take place virtually or in person depending on the city. We encourage you to book your next meeting at the end of your consultation. We aspire to help as many entrepreneurs and clients as possible. During times when the volume of inquiries is high, meetings may be limited to 1 consultation per month.

Our ultimate goal is to guide you in gaining the skills, knowledge, information, tools and resources to run a successful business. When your business is successful, you support our local economy thereby creating a vibrant community to live and work in.
