Digital Main Street (DMS) is a program offering a suite of services that helps small, main street businesses achieve digital transformation.
The program is built around an online learning platform, structured training programs and a Digital Service Squad, a team of highly trained recent graduates who help main street businesses grow and manage their business through the adoption of digital tools and technology.
The Digital Main Street Squad is a team of trained professionals with strong Technology and Digital Marketing skills and experiences.
Through the Digital Main Street Squad businesses receive targeted support to get started, grow their digital presence, and grow their business.
The Waterloo Region Small Business Centre is re-launching its Digital Main Street Service Squad to help small businesses reopen and recover from the impacts of COVID-19. Our experienced team has helped retail, personal services, restaurants, not-for-profit, and creative/culture organizations with everything from Google my business and social media, to launching websites and eCommerce shops.
