Waterloo Region Small Business Centre
The Waterloo Region Small Business Centre, encourages and contributes to the enterprising spirit and economic vitality of our community by assisting entrepreneurs with the development of new or existing businesses.
The centre provides a variety of services to individuals preparing to start and grow their business in the Waterloo Region, including:
- Business registration assistance
- One-on-one business consultation and advice
- Market research assistance
- Seminars, events and networking opportunities
- Public computer workstations
- Library and reference materials
- Youth entrepreneurship incentives
Our staff located in Kitchener, Cambridge and Waterloo City Halls are dedicated business professionals who meet with entreprenerurs to provide business planning advice and direction regardless of their industry sector or stage of business development.
The Centre operates as a non-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Advisors.
It is supported by the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development and Innovation; City of Cambridge, City of Kitchener, City of Waterloo; and Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
